What is a CAT A Commercial Fit Out?
A CAT A Fit Out (also known as Category A fit outs) is when an office/commercial space is usually finished with a suspended ceiling, raised flooring, lighting and heating. The space would be fit for lease and a blank canvas.
It would then be down to the tenant to install the design and finishes that suit the workspace environment, this would be where a CAT B commercial fit out would begin.

How will the commercial fit out team work?
We’ll liaise and carefully coordinate the works with you, ensuring there’s minimal impact on existing tenants. Working with you, we’ll create space plans and put together visuals of what you want your space to look like, helping you to attract the right kind of tenants.
